1. Booking Conditions

By making a booking with our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Same-day or short-notice bookings are not permitted through our system.
  • Cancellations are only permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds will be issued minus a non-refundable 3% administration fee.
  • We reserve the right to assign an equivalent vehicle if your selected vehicle becomes unavailable.
  • Waiting time is charged at the standard rate after the first 20 minutes of waiting.
  • The driver will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, after which the booking may be considered a no-show and a no-show penalty will be incurred.
  • Prices may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as road diversions, traffic conditions, or extreme weather.
  • Additional stops not specified at the time of booking may incur extra charges.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary documents for their journey.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures.
  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2. Payment Policy

Our payment terms are as follows:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit card through our secure payment system.
  • All prices include VAT where applicable.
  • A 3% processing fee is added to cover payment processing costs and is non-refundable.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

  • Personal information provided during booking will only be used for the purpose of managing your booking and providing our services.
  • We will not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to fulfill your booking or as required by law.
  • Your payment information is processed securely and in accordance with industry standards.
  • We may retain your information for a reasonable period to facilitate future bookings and for our internal records.
  • You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information when making a booking.
  • Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
  • Inform us of any special requirements or changes to your booking in advance.
  • Ensure that all passengers comply with safety regulations during the journey.
  • Take responsibility for their personal belongings during the journey.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • The cost of your booking in the event of a service failure on our part.
  • We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights or appointments.
  • All vehicles are fully insured in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Any claims for loss or damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the incident.

6. Safety & Conduct Policy

We prioritize the safety and well-being of both passengers and drivers:

  • Our drivers reserve the right to terminate a journey at any time if they feel unsafe or threatened.
  • In cases of aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, the driver may ask the passenger(s) to exit the vehicle immediately in a safe location.
  • No refunds will be issued if a journey is terminated due to customer misconduct or violation of our conduct policy.
  • We operate a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol abuse, drug use, or harassment inside our vehicles.
